We have been helping companies solve people problems since 1990.  After years of  Business and Workers’ Compensation consulting, we partnered the formation of a pre-hire assessment company to help employers reduce turnover and relieve other costly personnel troubles.  Eventually We Mean Business! encountered Profiles International, Inc. and was so impressed with their solutions we formed a strategic partnership.
