Culture Test - Will your new-hire candidate fit your corporate culture?  Is he Honest, Drug Free, Dependable and a Hard Worker?  Does he have a good chance of showing up on time ... AND putting in a full day’s work?  Don’t hire a thief or a druggie.  [pre-hire only]  (15 minutes)

Function Fit


Sales - Will she fit your specific sales environment?  How well?  Discovered from five key scales of (more transactional) selling:  competitiveness, persistence, self-reliance, energy, and sales drive.  (25 minutes)

Whole Person Sales Profile - Is your candidate suited for analytical/technical selling?  Is he more social/relational?   How would he prefer to be managed?  Is he able to “think on his feet” in negotiations?  Does he fit the selling pace demanded by your business climate? Where will he need sales coaching to fit your company?  (One hour)

Customer Service - Do your candidates fit your organization's model of customer service?  Will their work styles be positive for your customers and their supervisors?  Do they have your company’s right balance of flexibility, focus, empathy, tact, etc.?  (25 minutes)

Management - How well does your candidate fit the job?  Is he prepared for -- or surprised by -- problems?  How does he process information?  What kind of work truly motivates him?  What is his work behavior ... by himself ... in teams ... in leadership, etc.?  (One hour)

Team Analysis - Are your teams (Projects, Customer Service, Sales, Management) functioning at optimum levels?  Will improvement call for minor (or great) changes?  Assessing an entire team frequently has dramatic results on unity and productivity.  (One hour per person.  Add consultation.)
